1. Service description
Overvue (ABN 66 696 843 106) is an email intelligence platform designed for real estate agencies. The service processes forwarded emails, generates AI-powered summaries, and delivers categorised alerts and insights to agency principals, team leaders, and agents.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use Overvue.
- You must be authorised by your agency or organisation to forward agency emails to the Overvue service.
- By creating an account, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organisation to these terms.
3. Pricing and billing
- Overvue subscriptions are billed per user/agent per month at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@overvue.com.au for billing enquiries.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Forward emails to Overvue that you are not authorised to forward
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
- Use the service to transmit malicious content or interfere with its operation
5. Data and privacy
Your use of Overvue is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using the service, you consent to the processing of forwarded email content as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that email forwarding to Overvue complies with your organisation's policies and applicable privacy legislation.
6. AI processing disclosure
- Forwarded emails are processed by the Anthropic Claude AI to generate summaries, categorisation, and alerts.
- AI-generated summaries are provided for convenience and may not be 100% accurate.
- You should independently verify any urgent or critical information before taking action based on AI summaries.
- Overvue does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Overvue is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated summaries or alerts.
- The service is provided “as is” during the early access period without warranty of any kind.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice via email.
- We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure on request. Contact hello@overvue.com.au to request deletion.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify affected users via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
